About B Jain
The B. Jain Publishing Group was founded in 1966 by Dr P.N. Jain. It is an
ISO 9001: 2000 certified group. It was initially started as a publishing house and
then diversified into Printing, Homeopathic Software, Homeopathic Study Courses,
Bookstore, Exports of Handicrafts and Women’s Accessories. B. Jain also runs a
Charitable Homeopathic Health Care Centre under the name of B. Jain Sarbati
Devi Memorial Charitable Trust; B. Jain Foundation is a part of that trust. B. Jain
Foundation helps in providing necessary education to the underprivileged children,
providing health facilities and other aids. It also runs an organization for the
promotion of Homeopathy–CASH (Centre for Advanced Study in Homeopathy).
CASH organizes regular quality seminars & workshops to promote homeopathy and
also creates a platform for exchange of information within the homeopathic fraternity.
B. Jain is now venturing into the Homeopathic Pharmaceutical industry with the aim
of providing quality medicine to the common man at the most affordable prices.
B. Jain Publishing Group
B. Jain Publishing Group has six book imprints and also publishes two monthly
homeopathic journals; one monthly international journal on homeopathy and the
other a monthly lifestyle & health magazine.
The Group also has their printing units in New Delhi which provides printing
solutions to various Government Sectors as well as Private Sector Companies. The
Group has more than 2000 books in print and publishes in more than 8 languages.
It publishes more than 120 books a year.
Homeopathy around the globe: B. Jain has ventured into a joint venture partnership
with the Belgium based company Archibel. Archibel is the manufacturer of world’s
largest selling Homeopathic Software RADAR. The two companies have created a
separate joint venture called BJAIN/ARCHIBEL (BJA) that publishes and promotes
high print quality books for the European & American regions.
B. Jain is the world’s largest publisher of Homeopathic Books. The imprint has
about 1200 books in print and publishes about 70-80 new books a year. It has gained
the reputation for providing the best quality homeopathic content to the reader at
the most affordable price. The Editors at B. Jain work hard to provide high quality
content which are rich in information to the readers in a manner that the readers
would like to have. B. Jain is one of the first publishers in India to venture into
e-books. It has a strong distribution network of more than 1000 dealers all over the
world.
B. Jain Libros en Español is an extension of B. Jain and it publishes
Homeopathic Books in Spanish language. It has published more than 150 books
and publishes about 12 books a year. The books are sold in Spain, North and South
America. The competent homeopathic doctors in Latin America translate the English
books into Spanish language for the benefit of their readers.
Health Harmony was introduced into the group in 1998 when the group felt the need
of diversifying into more branches of alternative health and other general interest
areas including mind-body-spirit. The imprint has published about 700 books under
its name and is now considered as Asia’s largest Alternative Health Publisher. It
now publishes about 40 books a year on General Health, Alternative Therapies,
Spirituality, New Age, Self Help and aims to promote better living.
Health Harmony books enjoy a good book trade distribution network with distributors
all over Asia and Africa. The books are also available in Europe and America.
Leads Press another active part of B. Jain, publishes Non-Fiction books and so far has
published books on subjects like Games, Puzzles, Travel, Business and various other
topics. It has about 150 books in print. Established in 2004, it is now diversifying
into many more subjects.
Impact was started in 2005 seeing the growing need for books on Fashion &
Designing to be used in the fashion schools of Asia. It has about 10 books in print
and is now diversifying into art books as well.
Pegasus as an imprint, publishes books in the fiction category. It aims at providing
good quality content to both young and adult readers. It began in the year 2008 and
has about 300 books to its credit. The books are carefully conceptualized and are
framed according to the present needs. In the spheres of children’s fiction, Pegasus
works in co-ordination with authors, teachers, parents and even child psychologists.
The books are unique in their concepts and also from the utilitarian point of view.
The Homoeopathic Heritage, the journal , was started in 1976 to disseminate
quality information to the homeopathic readers. It was the only medium used for
the exchange of information in the homeopathic fraternity. It is the oldest circulated
journal in India and now boasts of having the largest subscriber base of more than
25,000 devoted readers. In 2007, B. Jain in partnership with Archibel has launched4
the international edition of the journal that is circulated all over America, Europe,
Asia and Australia. Both the journals have many international teachers attached to
it. The Homoeopathic Heritage is now published in Hindi, Spanish, German and
Russian.
Homeobuzz, a monthly students’ magazine was introduced to bridge the
gap that existed between homeopathic students all over the world. It was launched
in 2006 and has been successful ever since. It is expanding its readership in other
parts of Asia including Singapore, Pakistan and various other countries.
The concept has been changed as we felt an urgent need for a magazine for
awareness about homeopathy and improvement in lifestyle in general as so
many diseases being borne out of wrong lifestyles .HB now is a magazine which
talks about how to improve lifestyle and discusses treatments of various diseases
through different forms of treatment and also throws light on management part of it
along with discussions on other topics of interest like personality development,career ,etc.
Health n Harmony, a lifestyle newsletter, was launched in early 2007 to
promote subjects like Alternative Health, Spirituality and the like.
It informs people about new books and happening in the field of publishing
and also gives insight into the latest events and releases from our house.
J.J. Offset Printers was started in order to reduce high printing costs in order to
provide the reader with good quality books at affordable prices. The printing unit
was established for only in-house needs but later was expanded and is now serving
many Government and Private Sector units both in India and abroad. They provide
complete printing & packaging solutions – pre-press, printing and post-press
solutions.
B. Jain Research Team consists of a group of competent individuals who are
constantly researching on what kind of books the readers of the contemporary times would
like to read or which are the areas which are still unexplored. In other words,
which are those subjects on which new books can be written. It is the brainwork of
this very research team which helps B. Jain to add new books and come up with new
concepts on which a book can be written.
B.Jain Pharmaceuticals the latest venture of B.Jain has been started on constant
demand of the homeopathic fraternity .A research study was carried out 3 years back and the
team came with the answer that there was a dearth of good quality medicines at reasonable prices.
