Charles Porter Hart was born in 1827 in America and was a well-respected surgeon. It is stated that “his conscientious regard for human life” led him to Homeopathy where he dedicated himself exclusively to its practice. He was the professor of Diseases of the Nervous System at the Hahnemann Hospital College in San Francisco as well as holding many other responsible positions. |
