About the Author

Risquez Fernando
 
Dr. Fernando Risquez is a Psychiatrist, M.D., and Doctor of Medical Science as well as Professor of graduate and post-graduate studies of Medicine and Psychiatry. He worked as the Head of the Neuropsychiatric Unit and Head of the Psychiatric Service of the military hospitals in South America and has been a member of the elite psychiatry and psychological associations of the world. He studied Homeopathy under Ortega, Paschero, Hubbard, Trevino and Schmidt.
